At the center

Every orbit turns around one center.

The home page shows the whole curriculum turning — every ring, every station. This page is the one point they all turn around.

Taqi Rahim Laghari, Founder of Laghari Co
"I built Laghari Co around one structure — ten topic areas, two tracks, ninety-four programs — because mastery deserves a curriculum, not a shortcut."

Taqi Rahim Laghari

Founder · Laghari Co · Southfield, Michigan

Taqi built Laghari Co around a simple standard: structured, standards-based training that equips engineers, technicians and professionals with the knowledge and practical skills required in automotive and manufacturing industries, aligned with industry best practices and recognized frameworks. That standard sits at the center of both tracks — the same core for a first-year technician and a plant's quality leadership team.

He'd seen the same gap on both sides of industry — capable people held back by skills no one had taught them, and capable teams held back by standards no one had translated into practice. So Laghari Co became one practice with two doors: the same care whether the room holds a student's first workshop or a plant's compliance audit.

What we believe

The principles behind every program.

Three beliefs run under both tracks — the same ones whether the room holds one new hire or a plant's whole quality team.

01

Practical over theoretical

Training you can use on Monday — not concepts you forget by then.

02

Standards as the baseline

We hold work to recognized standards, then build the judgment to go further.

03

The same rigor for everyone

A student's first workshop gets the care we'd give an audit.
